To reset a user's password you must have access to the email associated with the user account. Due to security, we do not store a user's password, so any Haulynx representative cannot disclose a user's password.
Follow these steps to reset the password:
- Go to www.haulynx.com
- Click on "Login" on the top right
- Click on "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with the user's account.
- Click on "Send Reset Email"
- You should receive a prompt to check your email for reset instructions
- Click "Ok"
- Check the inbox of the particular email address
- Click on email with subject "Your Haulynx password"
- Click on the link provided at the bottom of the email
- Type a new password in the "New password" field.
- Click on "Save"
- You should receive a prompt that the password has been changed
User can now sign in with the new password!
